At Barefoot Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural movement experience. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange size within 5-7 business days.
